Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be completed at least 48 hours before your tee time to receive a full refund or 24 hours in advance to receive a full credit. If your tee time is AT LEAST 48 hours prior to your round, you can cancel a tee time by going to your tee time booking on Chronogolf, through your booking confirmation email, or through the Cardinal Golf Complex app. If your tee time is WITHIN 48 hours of your round, you must contact the club directly at 905-841-7378 or by submitting a request via our contact form here. Failure to properly cancel or change a reservation will result in a no-show or short-show classification. You will be responsible for any applicable charges in the event of a no-show or short show per the applicable golf course’s policies. No-shows will forfeit their deposits if applicable. Cardinal Golf Group reserves the right to cancel or move your tee time(s) booking over 14 days. CGG will do their best to communicate well in advance and to make alternative booking arrangements.
Raincheck Policy
Rainchecks are offered when severe weather interrupts play, typically if fewer than nine holes have been completed. Staff will notify players, and those with pre-booked tee times will receive automated alerts. Rainchecks are valid for one year and must be redeemed by calling the Pro Shop to book a tee time, subject to availability. They are issued for the value of the original round but hold no cash value and cannot be refunded or replaced if lost. Group bookings follow the same rules, while tournament play is excluded unless officially canceled. In special cases like sudden weather changes or emergencies, issuance is at the discretion of management. Rainchecks are not granted for personal schedule changes, tee time preferences, or phone-in requests. Please contact our Pro Shop with any questions.
