• 48+ Hours Before Tee Time
  If you paid online, call the club at 905-841-7378 or our contact form (click here) to cancel your tee time. You will receive a full refund. If calling, please ensure you speak with a staff member or leave a voicemail so we have a record of your cancellation attempt. If you don’t, your cancellation attempt will not be accepted.
  If you did not pay online, cancel through Chronogolf via your dashboard. This can also be done through your confirmation email or the Cardinal Golf Complex app.

• 24–48 Hours Before Tee Time
  Call the club at 905-841-7378 or our contact form (click here) to cancel. You will receive a full credit (no refund). If calling, please ensure you speak with a staff member or leave a voicemail so we have a record of your cancellation attempt. If you don’t, your cancellation attempt will not be accepted.

• Less Than 24 Hours Before Tee Time 
  Cancellations made within this time frame will result in a “no-show” or “short-show”, and you will be charged in full or forfeit your deposit (if applicable).

• No Contact / No Cancellation
  Failure to cancel or contact the club before your tee time will result in a “no-show” or “short-show”, and you will be charged in full or forfeit your deposit (if applicable).

Please note: In cases of inclement weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, standard cancellation policies may not apply. Our team will assess such situations on a case-by-case basis and make every effort to accommodate. Cardinal Golf Group reserves the right to modify or cancel tee time bookings made more than 14 days in advance. We will do our best to provide notice and help rebook your round.

Rainchecks are issued when severe weather interrupts play, typically if fewer than 15 holes are completed. They are valid for one year and must be redeemed by calling the Pro Shop to book a tee time (subject to availability). Rainchecks hold no cash value and cannot be refunded or replaced if lost.

Eligibility:

• 0–5 holes completed: Full 18-hole raincheck

• 6–14 holes completed: 9-hole raincheck

• 15+ holes completed: No raincheck (round considered complete)

Additional Notes:

• Players will be notified by staff or via automated alerts for pre-booked tee times.

• Group bookings follow the same rules.

• Tournaments are excluded unless officially canceled.

• Rainchecks are not issued for personal schedule changes or phone-in requests.

• Issuance in special cases (e.g., sudden weather changes or emergencies) is at management’s discretion.
